• You will need a 3rd party launcher such as Nova Launcher or Lawnchair Launcher (Works on any 3rd party launcher that supports per app icon selection like Apex, Hyperion, Action,..) 

• Long press on the app icon you want to change, select gallery, find the icon you want to use and done! If you have any problems, feel free to DM me on Twitter.
